SHARIAT ACT
Indian courts for applying muslim personal law relating to marriage and dissolution of marriage says that the said law will be the rule of decision in cases where the parties are the muslims.
only one party to the marriage is a muslim the courts are under no statutory obligation to apply muslim law

Facts about tamil 1.Tamil was declared a classical language by UNESCO IN 2004 the union cabinet created a new category of language which would be based on certain criteria. Tamil was the first to be include in this. It is one of the first language to attain this status.
