INGREDIENTS:
- RAW RICE-1CUP
- JAGGERY-1CUP
- MILK-2CUP
- CARDAMOM POWDER-1TSP
- COCONUT GRATED-1/4CUP
- BANANA-1NO
- CASHEW NUT -5
- RAISINS-5
PROCEDURE;
- FIRST PRESSURE COOK THE RAW RICE ADD 3CUPS OF WATER AND MILK(1CUP WATER,2CUPS MILK)
- PRESSURE COOK FOR 6 WHISTLES.
- TAKE A PAN ADD JAGGERY INTO 1/4 CUP WATER JAGGERY MELTS AND THICK THEN FILTER THE JAGGER SYRUP FOR REMOVING THE DIRT.
- FRY CASHEW NUT, RAISINS IN GHEE KEEP ASIDE
- NOW MASH THE COOKED RICE THEN ADD JAGGER SYRUP INTO THE MASHED RICE .COOK FOR 5MINUTES UNTIL JAGGERY SYRUP COMPLETELY MIX WITH RICE.
- NOW ADD GRATED COCONUT, CARDAMOM POWDER,MASHED BANANA ,AND GHEE.
- ADD FRIED CASHEW NUT AND RAISINS
